Tasting Notes

Nose: Luscious and complex with floral notes. Crème brûlée, candied orange. Delicate spiciness with a touch of aniseed.

Palate: Oily, mouth-coating. Perfect balance. Sweet and subtle. Waves of fruit - pears and apples. Toasted and caramelised almonds.

Finish: Warm, long-lasting, liquorice.
