Description

Leith Rum 70cl is a bold and decadent spiced rum inspired by Edinburgh’s maritime heritage, blending premium high-proof rum with creamy Madagascan vanilla and a hint of flamed orange zest.

Perfect served neat over ice with a twist of orange peel or mixed with Madagascan cola for a smooth, spiced serve with a citrus kick.

Leith Palmetto Cocktail - 

  • 50ml Leith Rum
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, then single strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
