Aged in ex-bourbon casks, and carefully matured for 25 years, balancing the Islay peat with the flavour expression of an ex-bourbon cask.

Free from chill filtration, this single malt is bottled at a cask strength 51.9% abv.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet honey, thyme, and pear drop aromas arrive.

Palate: Herbaceous, smoky, honey notes arrive on the palate, alongside black pepper, spices, clementine zest and medicinal notes.

Finish: Dry, with a vein of sea salt and a zing of spring flowers.
