Tasting Notes
Nose: Smoldering beach bonfire, maritime brine, and clean phenols. Softened by toasted coconut, vanilla, and hints of lemon peel.
Palate: Creamy and mouth-filling. An initial wave of toffee and custard is quickly overtaken by smoked kippers, charred oak, black pepper, and controlled peat smoke.
Finish: Extremely long and warming. Leaves behind a lasting impression of ashy peat, pipe tobacco, and a delicate sprinkle of sea salt
