Description

Lacrima Baccus Cava Brut Reserva 2020 is a well balanced and structured Cava.

Fruity and clean on the palate with a slight sweetness and a long clean finish.

Lacrima Baccus have blended two grape varieties Parellada 45% and Macebeo 55% - to produce a classic Cava for general drinking and to celebrate.

Cava has improved its quality in recent years to compete with the upsurge of Prosecco.

This Cava is Organic. Offering Superb quality and value.

 

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: There are aromas of yeast, patisseries, against a background of pineapple and banana.

Palate: Nicely rounded fruit flavours with a touch of sweetness on the attack, but perfectly balanced, fresh and elegant.

Finish: Clean, crisp, and persistent.
