The perfect balance of sweet & tart Citrus, with a warming infusion of Cassia Bark, with the depth & character of our original gin, featuring Juniper, Gorse Flower, Heather & Wild Rosehip; best served with a slice of Grapefruit, ice & quality Mediterranean tonic.

Made with a blend of 25 locally sourced botanicals, which are foraged by hand, dried & vapour infused in a copper basket during small batch distillation at our micro-distillery
