Unlike many heavily peated whiskies, Kilkerran retains its signature Campbeltown character beneath the smoke, creating a whisky that is both powerful and sophisticated.

Nose: Powerful peat smoke, bonfire embers, coastal sea spray, vanilla, citrus zest, sweet malt, toasted oak, and subtle medicinal notes.

Palate: Rich and viscous. The peat smoke is assertive but balanced, complemented by flavors of lemon shortbread, melon, and cured meats (such as Iberico ham). 

Finish: Long and warming. It features a pleasant, sweet, and buttery mouthfeel that gradually transitions into lingering peat smoke, honeycomb, and verbena.
