The whisky produced at Glengyle is named Kilkerran – a historic name for Campbeltown – as the name “Glengyle” was already registered as a blended whisky brand. Kilkerran whiskies are known for their complex and balanced character, with distinct maritime and slightly smoky notes typical of the Campbeltown style.

The Kilkerran range ranges from classic 12-year-old single malts to experimental releases such as Heavily Peated, which has attracted great interest from peat lovers and collectors worldwide.
