Went through 25 of these recently. I`ve smoked hundreds of Nacionales and quite a few Cazadores as well. Piedras all use the same tobacco (according to my tobacconist) - they`re a good, honest, fair priced Cuban smoke, better than some I could mention. They`re made to a price, and the quality control can be spotty. I`d rather have a poor Conserva than pay seventeen quid for a poor Churchill from a "top brand" - and to be quite honest, what with plugged cigars and unfolding wrappers appearing on even the "best" Cubans, it makes more sense to find a cheap everyday smoke which you enjoy, occaisionally smoking "specials" and the entire Piedra line does that nicely. We can`t all smoke the "best" all the time, and if you want a decent, honest, nice Cuban everyday smoke - here it is. What ARE people complaining about ?? Piedra could up their QC checks and sell for a lot more - and that`s what a lot of cigar companies do - hats off to Piedra, I say. ;-)))))))
