The interesting thing about the JP line is that you never know what you are going to get. Ive had some that are almost as nice as any high line Cuban and some that are just bland. On average, I think its hard to beat for the money as an everyday cigar. There is usually some nice hints of spiciness mixed with overtones of cocoa and coffee. Try a bunch! written by Rich

I have smoked Cazadores, Cremas, Conservas and Nacionales. Sure, they are not your Rolls Royces or Ferraris of the Cigar world, but they have a kick of their own. For every day value, you would be hard pushed to find a better cigar. Even though I have smoked many of the more famous brands Jose Piedras have become a personal favourite. written by Mahmud

I recieved some of these as a gift from Spain and lit one up yesterday. A little roughly made, rich smoke, earthy and tangy but never really all that strong. Good draw, a fine smoke and a bargain at this price. I found them to burn a little unevenly. Very satisfactory smoke after lunch or early in the evening. Feels like youre treating yourself on a budget. I will buy more. written by Will N.Ireland
