Gentleman Jack:
Nose: Lighter oak and drier on the nose than the Old No.7. Vanilla, brown sugar, maple and apple also feature.
Palate: Sweet vanilla, stone fruits and apple.
Finish: A subtle oak which develops into a smooth finish of fruit with maple and floral honey.

Jack Daniels Single Barrel:
Nose: Good body with plenty of toasty oak, there are notes of corn and a lovely cereal sweetness. It has a good smoke note, a little spice and delicious toffee.
Palate: Full and mouth-filling. Notes of cereal sweetness, rye is in evident with a touch of cigar box and nut oils, a little spice and an aniseed character.
Finish: Good length with a hint of citrus and plenty of cereal sweetness.

Jack Daniels Original Old No. 7:
Nose: Brown sugar syrup, sour raisins, wood polish, resin and green leaves.
Palate: Sweet, with a light body and mouth-feel. Delicious dutch chocolate strands on toast, orange touches, perfumed wood and finally cinnamon.
Finish: Terry's Chocolate orange, more wood polish and some lingering char.
