Two Isle of Raasay spirits – peated and unpeated, are matured separately in American Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Every drop is distilled, matured, bottled and shipped directly from Raasay.
As a small-batch, handcrafted distiller, there will always be slight variation between each batch depending on the composition of that particular bottling.

The Draam emulates an older style of Hebridean single malt whisky, but has a lighter, fragrant smokiness balanced with rich, dark fruit flavours. Honey gold in colour with hints of red wine hues, this whisky packs a depth of flavour that speaks beyond its years.
