Second one of these that I’ve had. Burns incredibly slowly, so much so that you wonder where all that thick smoke is coming from. It does have a tendency to “tunnel” slightly due to the wide gauge and the moisture content of the wrapper. Very complex with a sweet, full-strength flavour that lasts the whole way, after a slightly harsh start. Very rewarding if you’ve got the patience and you pay good attention to keeping it well lit. Goes really well with a sweet or smoky whisky. Ticks all the boxes for me: 5/5. Lasted an hour and a half and only needed the ash knocking off once after an hour. I’ll try the Blue (short filler) version next to see if the quality is noticeably different as others have stated.

Fantastic little cigar ( length wise ), draw was perfect on mine , started a little harsh as do alot of cigars but quickly settled into a very smooth smoke , slight sweetness on the lips , slight pepper and something i could no tie down , i would recommend these no problems . I got roughly an an hour and 15 out of it . Will 100% buy again in the future , maybe even a box...thanks

I really enjoyed this one. It had a perfect draw that produced plumes of smoke. The burn was a little wonky at times but not nearly as bad as the blue version. Flavours were much more defined and complex than I was expected- earthy and woody to begin with which then progressed to a warm gentle spice with a sweet chocolatey note by the final third. Overall, great value for money and a hell of a lot better than the blue maduro version.

Lovely cigar, great burn, sweet taste. Absolutely zero bitterness. Needed a quick stab with the perfect draw halfway through. Bought 5 more after trying.

This cigar started sweet, with a little bit of nice pepper. Its obviously very thick (needed Mitchells recommended 80 gauge cutter) and gives off lots of smoke at rest. Initially I felt it needed a double puff to get a good mouthful of tasty smoke. Very enjoyable and held an impressive quantity of ash - almost 1/3 of the cigar before I lost my nerve and encouraged it to drop. A little bit of uneven burn, easily and pleasantly managed as it gives an accompanying release of sweetness from the wrapper with every touchup. A little bit hot and squishy in the last 3cm, but nothing to mark it down.
