Description

Produced on a small estate in the Grande Champagne and aged for over 20 years.

This expression was made using a combination of mostly Ugni Blanc grapes and some Folle Blance ones too.

Matured for 20 years before bottling in rather stylish decanters.

This deep, golden cognac has a wonderful aroma of toffee with roasted nut, some spices and just a hint of pineapple.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: This deep, golden cognac has a wonderful aroma of toffee with roasted nut, some spices and just a hint of pineapple.

Palate: Fine cognacs become more complex as they mature.

Finish: There are flavours of spice and coffee with pineapple in the background.
