GUANTANAMERA

Guantanamera cigars are a relatively new cigar having been created and released in 2002, this cigar is now one of our most popular budget priced Cuban cigars.

The brand was named after perhaps Cubas' most well known song "Guajira Guantanamera" (Spanish for peasant girl from Guantánamo") by Joseito Fernández which can be heard in just about every bar in Cuba every evening.

The Guantanamera range comprises light strength machine-made cigars using short filler tobacco from the lesser Vuelta Arriba region.

Guantanamera cigars have pre-cut heads, a cigar cutter is not required.

Tasting Notes

This is a nice little cigar and an ideal smoke to accompany the drive home. Great flavour, not too strong and very smooth.

taste like a cheap cigar, newish to the cigar world and have been trying different cigars but this brand deffo isnt a recommendation.


I found these to be a full flavoured smoke,nice feel to the outer wrapper and an even burn,lasted 20 mins.Good value for the price.


Part of a shorts sampler. Got air, then bitterness, then ammonia. Cheap taste.


Second review. In my last review I said I found these cigars a bit sour and at the time they were. However, I took them out of all packaging and left them in my humidor for a few weeks and its taken most of the sourness out of them. They fattened up a tiny bit too with a little moisture. So all in they arent bad after a bit of care and Id probably buy them again as a daily smoke


Amazing cigar, I was only 2 minutes into smoking it and my arse fell off. With a puff, wheres your arse said my son? Mind your own business, you wouldnt understand.

