Description

This cask was initially a part of the Cask of Dreams program where we invited consumers to write their “Dream,” on the barrel before filling it with 14 year old Glenfiddich for a 4-month cask finish.

Upon emptying in 2013 the cask was refilled with new make Glenfiddich and has matured in warehouse 8 ever since.

Released for The Spirit Of Speyside 2025.

Please note as this is a vintage bottle, conditions of bottle/label and liquid level can vary - Some years can vary as estimations only (example: estimated 1970s/80s).

Tasting Notes

Nose: Bright and zesty, with lots of citrus fruit, oak wood and sweet nuts. There is a lovely note of toffee and caramel, giving it a nice sweetness overall.

Palate: Full of sweetness, bringing in pecans, caramel, vanilla ice cream and tart summer berries. Citrus fruits also continue to come through, alongside some really rich oak notes. 

Finish: Bold and sweet, lingering on oak wood and caramel.
