Description

A single cask Oloroso puncheon bottled for Glendronach's Batch 18 releases, with some serious character to boot.
This one, aged for 26 years, offers up notes of leather and tobacco amongst lots of rich dark fruits, mixed nut and mellow spices.
692 bottles were drawn from the cask and bottled at 52.8% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Walnut and aromatic musk interwoven with earthy bramble and ginger emerge through resinous oak, leather and tobacco.

Palate: Rich dark fruits and mellow spices unfold with almond and walnut oil.

Finish: Mandarin and waxed yellow plum.
