The GlenAllachie Distillery, nestled in the heart of Speyside, has built a reputation for producing rich, complex single malt whiskies. Established in 1967, it remained relatively under the radar until it was acquired by industry veteran Billy Walker in 2017.

Nose: Intense mocha, grilled honeycomb, sun-dried red berries, cinnamon butter, toasted lemon peel, and muscovado sugar.
Palate: Heather honey, bright citrus, cinnamon butter, ginger snaps, poached orchard fruits, and vanilla buttercream,.
Finish: Medium-long, with warming spice, dark chocolate, nutmeg, and dry, slightly nutty oak.
