Glen Moray Mastery - 52.3% 70cl

Speyside distillery Glen Moray has celebrated its 120th birthday with the release of Glen Moray Mastery, a single malt vatting of five different vintages dating back to 1978.

Crafted by their Master Distiller Graham Coull, this single malt was made using five different vintages of their whisky, with only a limited amount of 1,000 bottles produced.

Bottled non-chill-filtered at 52.3% ABV packaged in leather boxes.

Nose: An aroma explosion of sugar crusted rhubarb crumble, chocolate raisins and oak smoked toasted almonds.

Finish: A cocktail of roasted and toasted coffee beans, melted dark chocolate and sweet raisins infused with fortified wine. Rich, complex and completely well balanced.

Finish: Long and satisfying. Spice and oak come to the fore. One to savour and reflect on.
