Description

The 2020 release of the George T Stagg straight bourbon whiskey that forms part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection.

A hugely sought after whiskey with very limited Australian allocation, the 2020 release is made up of barrels aged for more than 15 years and 4 months and bottled at 130.4 proof - 65.2%.

This Fall 2020 release comes from Spring 2005 distillations of Kentucky corn, Minnesota rye and North Dakota malted barley.

This has been bottled uncut and unfiltered at 130.4 proof (or 65.2% abv). 

Please note, stock is limited from secondary market releases.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Cinammon, caramel and cherries.

Palate: Creamy vanilla with lightly smoked oak.

Finish: Long finish of black coffee, dark cherries and herbs.
