The Flor De Oliva Robusto might not be the premium end of what Oliva produce, but it still makes for a very enjoyable smoke. I had mine straight out of a 65% humidor, and the draw was a little tight at first, a quick go with the cigar drill sorted that, and after that it was spot on. It lasted me about an hour, and what I liked most was how the flavour shifted every third, giving me something a bit different as I went along. For the price point, it’s hard to complain. It doesn’t pretend to be a luxury stick, but it delivers a solid, relaxing smoke that feels like good value for money. Definitely one I’ll pick up again when I want an honest, satisfying cigar without spending a fortune.

Had this in the special offer ( so great cigar for £10) nice light cigar, ideal for a quick lunchtime smoke with a coffee. Quite a tight draw, which I personally don't like, but again for the price its a good budget friendly cigar

The Flor de Oliva was a pleasant surprise, considering it’s one of the more budget-friendly cigars I’ve come across. Right away, it delivered a nice balance of flavors: earthy, slightly sweet, with touches of cedar and nuts. The construction wasn’t flawless—there were a couple of uneven burn issues—but overall it smoked much better than I expected at this price. The draw was easy, producing plenty of smoke, which made it enjoyable to puff on. About halfway through, I noticed a more pronounced sweetness, almost like caramel, mixed with a bit of spice. It’s not overly complex, but it doesn’t feel boring either. The strength is medium, making it approachable for someone like me still learning what I like. Toward the end, it picked up a little more body, with more wood and spice, though it never got harsh. This cigar feels like a great daily option—affordable enough not to worry about, but flavorful enough to keep you interested. It’s not in the same league as some of the premium cigars I’ve tried, but it definitely punches above its weight. Rating: 7/10

Comes into its own on the final 1/3rd for me. The first half was hard work with lots of puffs needed to keep it going. By the end though it was becoming more enjoyable and stayed lively until the last few centimetres..The accompanying g&t went some way to making it an enjoyable experience… if only it could have been like that from the start.

Smooth, mellow, and super enjoyable. Got a nice mix of creamy coffee, nuts, and a little spice. Burned evenly and held a good ash. It’s affordable, too, which makes it a go-to for me when I want a relaxing smoke without breaking the bank

Caf? creme aplenty with walnut oil notes. Add in a bit of almond in the middle, and then leather/earth towards the end. A great beer session accompaniment.
