Description

Flor de Caña 18 year old was awarded Double Gold medals at the 2006 and 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

A luxurious golden rum from celebrated Nicaraguan distillers Flor de Cana, aged for 18 years in small white oak casks. Marvellously mellow stuff.

Our Favourite Cocktail:

AZRA COCKTAIL

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Flor de Caña Centenario 18

- 1/2 oz. Benedictine

- 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:
Stir & strain in an A/P coupe. No garnish.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Spiced and crisp.

Palate: Full bodied and quite thick with dry oak, some cocoa, spices, toffee nut and allspice.

Finish: Long, tingling, vanilla spice and nutty char.
