A long and careful process created this Filey Bay Special Release.

This special release begins its journey with Wold Top Brewery’s award-winning Marmalade Porter.

Initially matured in ex-Filey Bay whisky casks, the porter imbues the wood with its rich, marmalade essence.

These seasoned casks then serve as the final maturation vessels for the Filey Bay single malt, creating a harmonious blend of flavours.

The bespoke bottle brings together the textures of the farm, the soil, the beach and the sky. Pick it up, look closely underneath and you'll see a secret phrase... "Proudly Made of Yorkshire." Because it is.

The result? A fruity, rich and malty single malt, from field to bottle, and brewery to distillery.
