Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is part of the new core range trilogy alongside Sherry Cask and Cask Edit.

Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is a blended malt whisky matured in bourbon barrels, with its components sourced from two renowned Islay distilleries – one from the north coast and one from the south.

Elements of Islay, a range of small batch, independently bottled whiskies, is where the elements of flavour collide.

Every sip of ‘Elements of Islay’ is a true taste of Islay with the new range has been inspired by the flavour, smell and taste of nature on Islay and all that it bestows.

Enjoy neat or on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail such as a Whisky Sour.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of vanilla, amber-scented candles, tropical fruit and a hint of peat smoke.

Palate: A palate of tangy fruits poached in maple syrup, barbecue smoke and vanilla custard.

Finish: A roaring peat fire of a finish.
