Edradour 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Strength Batch 7 (70cl, Natural Cask Strength) is a rich and full-bodied Highland single malt, distilled in 2013 and matured exclusively in 1st and 2nd fill Oloroso sherry butts.

Bottled on 8th October 2025 from just ten casks, this limited release of 6,402 bottles showcases Edradour’s signature depth and complexity.

Natural in colour and bottled without chill filtration, it delivers a luxurious balance of rich fruit, dark chocolate, and warming spice, reflecting 12 years of sherry cask influence in every sip.

A small batch release limited to just 6,402 bottles.

 

 
 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Presents aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and warm spices.

Palate: The palate is full-bodied and lush, with notes of rich sherry sweetness, toffee, fig, and a touch of cinnamon and clove.

Finish: The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of oak, dark fruit, and a light, smoky edge, showcasing the craft and care behind each bottle.
