The Fat Bottom Betty by Drew Estate is easily one of the most unique cigars I’ve tried so far. If you enjoy infused or naturally sweetened cigars, this one stands out immediately. Even as someone still early in exploring nontraditional blends, this cigar impressed me with its balance between sweetness and genuine tobacco depth. From the moment you unband it, the aroma is unmistakably Drew Estate—rich, sweet, and full of character. The cold draw brought notes of sugar, cocoa, and molasses. Once lit, the Betty opened with a dessert-like sweetness, but not in an artificial way. It’s creamy, chocolatey, and warm, with hints of caramel and roasted coffee underneath. The smoke output is thick and aromatic, and the burn is surprisingly consistent given how oily the wrapper is. As the smoke progresses, the sweetness softens slightly, letting more traditional flavors come forward—oak, spice, and a bit of toasted bread. The final third brings a touch more strength, balancing the sweetness beautifully. It’s playful, rich, and very easy to enjoy. For people still discovering what they like, it’s a perfect “change of pace” cigar that delivers flavor in a bold, memorable way. Rating: 8/10

Tried one of these this evening as a Christmas Eve treat. It had a very strong flavour of artificial sweetener, and unfortunately I did not taste anything else. The burn was a little uneven but not too bad. The draw was very loose, but again it could have been worse by being too tight. It's construction was superb, very well made. So just disappointing that I got absolutely no flavours from it until the last 5 puffs where I got a tiny hint of spice.

Not one for me. Uneven burn and hard to draw until more than half way down. Loved the Crazy Alice from Drew Estates but this, apart from starting sweet with heavy chocolate notes did not appeal to me. Maybe I did not store very well and might have been better if I smoked it as soon as I got it. Some people will like it but did nothing for me.

Well constructed cigar that burned well all the way, which is what gets it the mark it does from me. Tried one of these as part of my flavour journey through the worlds cigars but found this to be very, very sweet. If that's your thing then this we'll rolled smoke may well be for you, but not for me.
