Downpour Hebridean Spiced Rum is a smooth, dark Caribbean rum infused with wild thyme, pepper dulse seaweed, and pineapple weed foraged on North Uist.

A bold and distinctly island-inspired flavour! 

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich and aromatic, with hints of coastal air, pine, and herbal notes.

Palate: Robust and smooth, featuring a blend of dark Caribbean rum with notes of wild thyme, pineapple weed, pepper dulse seaweed, allspice, cinnamon, and coriander.

Finish: Long and confident, with a combination of lingering warm spices, herbaceous notes, and a slight salinit
