Description

This Premium Spiced Rum is hand-crafted in Devon, blending exotic Caribbean rums with pure Devonian spring water, aromatic spices and fresh citrus zest.

Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers rich aromas of charred orange peel, smooth caramel and hints of cardamom, leading to a complex palate of cinnamon, star anise, citrus zest, maple syrup and peppercorn.

Crafted without vanilla for a drier, less sweet profile, it is perfect served on the rocks, with classic mixers, or as the base for your favourite rum cocktail.

Tasting Notes

Nose Rich, aromatic notes of charred orange peel, smooth caramel, and cardamom.

Palate: A dry and punchy palate with strong cinnamon, tangy star anise, maple syrup, and citrus zest.

Finish: A warm, satisfying crackle of peppercorn
