Description

Devon Honey Spiced Rum is a hand-crafted blend of exotic Caribbean rums, subtle spices, locally sourced wildflower honey and pure Devonian spring water.

Bottled at 37.5% ABV, this award-winning expression offers light floral aromas with hints of spicy cardamom and fruity raisins, leading to a sweet finish of Devon honey, lemon zest, juicy raisins and a touch of allspice.

Best enjoyed on the rocks or paired with light mixers and tonics.

 

Tasting Notes

 

Nose: Light, sweet, and floral, with prominent aromas of wildflower honey, spicy cardamom, and fruity raisins.

Palate: Rich and full of sweetness from hick honey alongside notes of vanilla, nutmeg, apple, and orange peel. 

Finish: A warming, balanced, and aromatic close, highlighted by lemon zest, juicy raisins, and a generous pinch of allspice and cracked peppercorn.
