Davidoff Signature 2000 Cigar - Box of 25

1. Appearance & Construction. Davidoff cigars always look elegant and sophisticated. Lovely brown wrapper with a slight oily sheen. Smooth to fill and had a decent weight to it. Cant be faulted looked perfectly filled. 15/15. 2. Flavor & Aroma. From the outset there was a strong earthy smell even before lighting the cigar. Creamy, mild and hints of spicy-ness coupled a flavor of wood and coffee blended to perfection. Ticks all the boxes. 25/25. 3. Smoking Characteristics. Everything come at ease with this cigar. From cutting to lighting and smoking. Draw was perfection and at no point was I struggling. You get a lovely plume of beautiful white smoke, that stays cool throughout the course of the smoke. There was a slight uneven burn during the 1st 3rd that needed touching up on 2 occasions but after the 2nd touch up stayed even all round. An absolute pleasure to smoke. 22/25. 4. Overall experience. Absolute pleasure to smoke. Looks and feels amazing. Flavor profile just kept getting better and better as you smoked it. Balanced to perfection. Dont know how but Davidoff just gets it right everytime. An amazing cigar, worth every penny. With an advertised smoking time of 25mins I managed to get a good 40mins out of it, and it was an amazing 40mins! Other then the slight uneven burn this cigar can not be faulted. 30/35.  Total points : 92/100.

I think this may be the nicest cigar I’ve smoked. It is very gentle and has a sweet cream taste to it with hardly any pepper. Has a light wood flavour to it as well. Also one of the best smelling cigars I’ve had. One of the best burns I’ve had on a cigar too. It’s a little on the expensive side but I rate it highly.
