We can find a great influence of the ex-bourbon barrels and the extra maturation in ex-oloroso sherry casks on this classic expression from Dalmore. Fruit sweetness and treacle aroma with slight spice. Lovely consistency, creamy on the palate and mellow. Forest fruits lead the way with a nutty character and oak spice notes on the finish.
