Description

A limited release of just 3,775 bottles from Fife's family-owned farm distillery, bottled in 2026.

Distilled in Summer 2013 and matured for 13 years before bottling in June 2026, this release has been drawn from fourteen first-fill ex-bourbon barrels matured in Daftmill's dunnage warehouse.

The Concerto barley used was grown on the estate and harvested in September 2011 before being malted in spring 2012.

A true farm distillery, Daftmill distills only during the farm's quiet periods, producing as little as 100 casks per year. 

At 46% abv, this American Standard Barrel forward spirit is a fantastic meeting of those distinct barley sugar, shortbread with warm spice notes we have grown to associate with Daftmill

Tasting Notes

Nose:  Expect sweet aromas of porridge oats and tinned peaches.

Palate: This release showcases the classic Daftmill character of barley sugar and shortbread balanced with gentle warming spice.

Finish: The palate leads into a lingering honeyed apricot finish.
