Description

This Winter release of Daftmill was drawn from 27 fresh ex-bourbon barrels.

Each was filled in the dark and cold December of 2011, when the weather in Fife hovered around freezing.

There’s quintessential Lowland styling here: superbly honied barley, marzipan, vanilla and sweet grassy notes. Moreish and immaculate, this is another winner from this finest of farm distilleries.

This limited release is highly sought-after, making it a collector’s item and a must-have for whisky enthusiasts

Bottled at 46% ABV with 7500 bottles released Worldwide.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of honeyed orchard fruits, vanilla, and gentle oak.

Palate: Reveals layers of caramel, citrus zest, baked apple, and light spice.

Finish: A clean, lingering finish.
