Description

Matured for 13 years in first-fill American oak casks, this Speyside single malt from The Glenlivet offers a sweet and characterful profile shaped by the influence of American white oak.

As one of the first licensed distilleries in Speyside, The Glenlivet has been producing malt whisky since 1824 and remains one of the largest producers in the region.

Easy drinking, approachable, while still complex, this is a stunnng Speyside single malt.

Tasting Notes

 

Nose: Rich and sweet with prominent vanilla, caramel, honey, and toasted oak, complemented by subtle orchard fruits (pears), white chocolate, and a hint of almond or nutmeg.

Palate: Soft and velvety texture. Flavors include vanilla fudge, creamy caramel, coconut flakes, and orange marmalade, with a gentle, warming oak spice.

Finish: Long and delicate, with lingering notes of sweet caramel, soft spice, and light oak.
