Part of the Secret Speyside Collection, this sumptuous single-malt whisky has been maturing for three decades.

Braes of Glenlivet is exactly the kind of distillery that the series was made to showcase: underappreciated and sublime.

This expression demonstrates its qualities nicely!

Tasting Notes

 

Nose: Bursting with tropical fruits—mango, apricot jam, and ripe peaches—combined with creamy vanilla fudge, toffee apples, fresh linen, and a gentle baking spice undertone.

Palate: Thick and creamy with a slight oiliness. Ripe tropical fruit continues, shifting into honeyed malt, dark chocolate, brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger spice.

Finish: Exceptionally long, with lasting notes of candied ginger, sultana, and charred oak.
