Copeland Merchants’ Quay Single Grain Irish Whiskey is a refined Irish whiskey matured in American bourbon barrels and uniquely finished in Muscatel hogsheads and Pedro Ximénez sherry butts.

Crafted with traditional expertise, it offers exceptional smoothness and rich complexity. Housed in an elegant bottle and featuring a compass star and rope-style label.

This single grain whiskey delivers a sophisticated drinking experience.

Natural colour, non-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Bright and inviting, featuring strong aromas of sweet, fleshy fruits, caramelized apple, and demerara sugar, followed by delicate hints of elderflower and baked Jaffa Cakes. 

Palate: Rich, intense, and heavily sweet with a touch of spice. Dominant flavors include mandarin and orchard fruits, dates in dulce de leche, and honey-drizzled ripe black cherries, balanced perfectly by sweet custard, granola, and a touch of warm oak. 

Finish: A smooth, lingering finish blending dry sherry notes, browned caster sugar, and mild spice.
