Double-distilled in traditional pot stills at the Cooley Distillery, this whiskey is aged for a minimum of 12 years in American oak bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vibrant aromas of creme brulee, singed flowers and dense spices.

Palate: Elements of the nose continue through on a round, supple entry to dryish medium-full body palatem, with layers of praline, vanilla bean, and exotic peppercorns.

Finish: Finishes with very long, evolving honeyed cereal and grassy.
