So it's Christmas morning and I thought I'd start the day of with a siglo 1 I've been anticipating the smoking of this cigar for a few months so I cut the cap and sat there admiring it for a bit took a pre light draw and it seemed a bit tight so I toasted it up and it smelled wonderful when I finally got it a light I couldn't believe how tight it was so I cut of a little bit more no difference it was so tight it was air tight no amount of puffing could get a decent drag out of it so I cut it again to the limit now and still no difference I thought it was me Surley the king of cigar brands can't be this bad so I got the old woman to have a go and she can suck a golf ball thru a hose pipe if u know what I mean but even she couldn't get it to work so it's just sat there in the ash tray in front of me as I write this .to say I was disappointed was an understatement I can't tell you about any of the flavours as I couldn't get any I'm not gonna write them of just hoping the 2 & 3 that I've got arent like it or I'll be sticking with me bolivars just expected something a bit more form a brand like cohiba maybe it was a dodgy one as in tightly rolled not fake

Not a bad little cigar at all. It lasts longer than you might expect for a cigar of this size. Not the smoothest smoke in the world, but burned well and was enjoyable. I would buy again.

Undoubtedly my now personal short smoke of choice. Very well built and comes in a beautiful little tube. Today was my second time trying these. It's a lazy Sunday morning and a little taste of Cohiba magic was perfect for a lazy hour's worth of coffee drinking and internet surfing. The first 3rd starts out wonderfully with all the wonderfull mysterious aromas and smells that are so unique to Cohiba tobacco. This is a cigar with interesting complexities that are never to overbearing. I found the draw perfect and although I did have to relight after the second 3rd I was not too concerned (I only get frustrated at the second relighting). A bit more pricey than the other players in this size range but well worth it.

It is better to buy one decent cigar than five cheap, A cheap cigar you don't enjoy is a total waste of money, A dearer cigar you enjoy is a memorable experience,The Cohiba Siglo I small (Mareva) cigar is without dought the finest and tastiest small cigar you can buy, an excellent build with the iconic Cohiba band, a perfect draw and burn, medium strength with lots of almost perfumed citrus and pepper flavour, this little cigar produces copious amounts of smoke for it's size and the aroma is fabulous, everywhere I have gone outside I have had lots of comments from guys asking me what I am smoking For a 40 minutes or so smoke you cannot beat this cigar and of cause it's a Cohiba the flagship of the Habanos A small cigar with a big kick

OOOOOOO K, so, I've just finished off my first Cohiba, the Siglo 1, picked it up from my local convenience/tobacco shop for 16 quid, I've been an occaisional cigar smoker and have usually stuck by the H.Upmanns simply because that's where I started and am a creature of habit, lately I have been venturing out into other brands and of course the Cohiba brand is extremely attractive as it has such a good name so when I saw this I thought why not.....at £16 from the shop and here at £12 I can 100% say that I was actually dissapointed! The cigar scent and look before lighting was absolute heaven but when lit it all went sideways, a very tight draw firstly made it a little hard work but the flavours were good, then it died, and died again, I think I had to relight this chap at least four times which completely ruined it for me, especially as its only a little fellow! I stayed with it in the hope that suddenly something wonderful will happen! It did'nt, I have'nt reviewed before but I feel bummed out as I was very much looking forward to it and had no time to actually enjoy the flavours as it was so much work! I'm guessing I had a bad stick, but given the price and the name I simply expected it at least to stay lit! Over this Id fully recommend the R&J #3 any day, much better price and as yet not had an even slightly dissapointing smoke! Sorry guys, had to be said! Gutted!

The Summer is fast approaching and will soon be time for out door herfing, I would highly recommend the Cohiba Siglo I for any such occasion it is a superb small forty or so minutes cigar with lots of spicy coffee bean taste with an excellent draw and a great aroma I have had nothing but compliments from guys wanting to know what i am smoking, if you buy the tubos version the tube is a work of art and you can recycle the tube(s) when you order the cheaper cardboard box version. PS thanks for the compliment Tim and commend your choice of cigar certainly starting at the top perhaps will try one day when i win the lottery :-).
