A very good, delicious cigar yes.. but just not worth the enormous price. There are many other Havana cigars that can be just as good in their own ways (if you select from a good box) for a third or even a quarter of the price of one of these. As good as the Behikes can be they just arent amazing enough to be worth smoking £80-£90 per cigar. Half of it is just clever marketing to very wealthy cigar smokers with more money than sense.

These are unquestionably one of the best cigars on the planet; The famed cohiba blend with the addition of the rare and highly sought after Medio Tiempo leaf. These small leaves from the top of the plant give the cigar a uniquely rich and full bodied flavour that you won’t find in any other cigar. They’re getting increasingly rare, so they aren’t exactly cheap, but if you’re looking for a “Treat Yo-self” cigar, then I can’t think of a better choice.

A nice, easy smoke, burns slow and evenly, I was expecting a little more flavour, but generally a pleasant smoke. Definitely suitable for summer days with a Speyside Scotch.

The Behike 52 is unquestionably one of my favourite cigars. Its perfect wrapper -finished with a twist for added elegance - and enticing aroma let you know you're in for something special before it's even lit. Once burning, the rare Medio Tiempo leaf makes itself apparent very quickly. The size and location of Medio Tiempo means it is highly concentrated with tobacco oils and natural sugars. The result is a very uniquely tasting cigar: powerful, yet smooth and sweet. I always think "Spice and Caramel" when smoking one. This naturally intensifies as the cigar is smoked, but never becomes too overwhelming. They are classed as full bodied cigars, but the flavours are so perfectly balanced I would never hesitate to recommend these to newbies and aficionados alike! -Calum Turmeaus Chester

I am a massive fan of the BHK52. I find it smooth, creamy, mild-to-medium. A thoroughly enjoyable smoke that can last around an hour on average. Yet to try it's bigger brothers (54 & 56), but for now this one is a firm favourite of mine for the ultimate treat! Purchased a 10 box last year, dated OCT 2012 and was extremely happy. I think I've only 2 left from the box now. Drink wise I find a sweet liquor complements the subtle flavours well. 5-Star rating from me, all day long! :)

My first of the three behikes and I wasnt disappointed, I had this beauty in my humidor for about a year and was waiting for the right occasion to smoke it. On first lighting I knew I was in for a treat. Even burn, light grey solid ash, plentyful smoke and the taste..... Roast beef yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes topped off with a rich gravy. I know that sounds mad, but it was that full bodied, like a good red wine, it had a depth of flavour that went on and on, i didnt want it to stop. Looking forward to now smoking the other two sizes, but that will have to wait untill I have replaced all three in my humidor. I know that they are at the upper end budget wise, but you get at least an hour of pure pleasure from a 52. Bite the bullit, its cheaper than a thai massage and twice as relaxing!!!!!
