Classic - Light Burl - Desk Top Humidor - 20 Cigars Capacity

I bought this humidor to get me started in storing cigars. I do intend to buy a much bigger nicer one in the future, but for now this should do. When I took the hygrometer out a piece of the outside burl peeled away with it. I was extremely dissapointed as been looking forward to getting it set up. I also noticed that when you adjust the hygrometer the needle moves but then pings stright back to where it was when you take the screwdriver out. I emailed customer servie around 9pm on a Sunday night. This is where this review really picks up. I receieved a reply within a few minutes and the customer serives since then has been the best I have ever had anywhere!
In all this seems to be a pretty average piece of equipment, but fine to get you started. But I can not recomend CGars customer service enough. Thank you guys!!
