Bought these to try as I like the Picadillor and Novillo vitolas in this blend and I must say that I enjoy these as well, since they make for a nice morning or afternoon smoke with some good coffee or cappuccino. The only issue I have found is a bit of inconsistency with the draw of the cigar, sometimes they have been rolled or pressed a little too tightly or for too long, but other times the draw is just right and allows for a better taste of the blend. Still a good smoke though for the money and are definitely worth a try for anyone's palate.

Very poor quality. Mouth end so narrow just squashes. Not at all a good smoke. Too thin a cigar to enjoy. Bad buy

I was pretty impressed with this for the price. I was expecting it to be very harsh and bitter. What I got was a clean fresh and floral tasting cigar that tasted pretty consistent all the way down to the end. I will be keeping some around to give to people who want to try a cigar with me without giving away a precious cuban or for when I'm too drunk to taste anything expensive :)

I ordered 2 of these in a self selected sampler bundle, in an attempt to find a quick weekday smoking alternative to Puritos or HW half coronas. A major disappointment , flavours OK, when I could get them - the draw was so heavy as to make them unsmokable without boring a chimney through the centre with a cocktail stick! Definitely never again, I suppose you get what you pay for.

This cigar was a real let down for me. The first few draws were very nice with lots of pleasent flavours. After that it became very woody and harsh. After the halfway point it became pleasent again for about 1/2 an inch and then switched back to being harsh. When it got down to 2 to 2 and a half inches alot of heat began transferring in the draw. Perhaps as suggested in another review below its a mixed bag as to whether you get a good one or bad one Had the flavour carried through the whole thing I could have forgiven the heat but the flavour was just so uneven and rough at times. Perhaps it'll benifit with some aging but I'd be hesitent to buy more than 1 or 2 until I knew for sure age would improve them or I knew it wasnt hit and miss as to whether you get a good one.

Now, this came as one hell of a surprise given the low price tag, but only based on other, bad 'cheap' experiences. Don't be fooled by the low cost Chinchalero, it's a pleasant and remarkably flavoursome smoke. Admittedly it's a long way off from any true Cuban, but as a stand alone it is more than capable of holding its own. Lasted around 40 minutes, during which I had hints of floral, light earth, and tea. Managed to take it down pretty much to the nub and behaved impeccably, with no lip burn and minimal bitterness. Makes a pleasant post meal, midweek lighter smoke, delivers all you could ask from a stick in this price range, and earns itself a place in my humidor as a definite 'why not?'
