A nice medium strength cigar that starts off earthy with subtle hints of chocolate which stays that way until the final third. Towards the end I was picking up nutty flavours. What let it down for me was an unequal burn which I struggled with throughout my 80 minute smoke session. The cigar was not tightly packed and it had a very loose draw. I think another one or two are required for a definitive conclusion.

Enjoying this tasty little number right now, 50 mins in and only approaching the final 3rd! For the price this is an excellent smoke and the width makes it a real novelty. Sweet, earthy and floral notes with aftertastes of chocolate, nuts and citrus. I find Chinchalero hit and miss. The torpeditos are terrible, poor construction and undeveloped flavour, the corona cigar with 2 different wrappers, forget the name, is however very enjoyable. But this one is by far the best. Really pleasant Nicaraguan flavours with solid construction and even burn. You can’t go wrong with this one, handmade cigars in the fiver bracket are hard to come by. Pick one up today!

So much better than the normal Novillo. People massively overrate the normal Novillo, I bought a single of each to test them both and the other one was dreadful. Thankfully, this one was much better. I didn’t have any problem with the draw or burn, like others have stated, but for £5 seriously if one in ten is rubbish, what does it matter!? I paired mine with a large Laphroaig and a couple of Aldi caramel wackos, it was heaven!

Had semi high hopes for this one - and it disappointed me. Very tight roll which made it very hard to draw. Uneven burn so I couldnt relax properly. Wrapper also cracked badly even with a brand new cutter. While it did taste lovely, it let itsself down. Maybe Ill give it another shot in the future.

I think most of what I am going to say has been said before but here goes. This is a great value for money little cigar, yes its a bit one dimentional, and it isnt packed that tight, but it is well wrapped, toasts well, and burns very evenly. Its not very complex, but it has a pleasant taste and produses a light fragrant smoke. It has an easy draw, and the large ring gauge gives a nice mouth feel. I would say it is a mild to medium strength cigar, great for casual smokers, with a price making it an everyday treat. I will probably buy a few more of these and stick thim in my humidor. All in all a simple, well made cigar, which is great value for money. Went well with a nice glass of Santa Teresa Rum, the sweetness of the Rum complimented the cigar very well.
