Description

Burning Barn Spiced Apple Rum 70cl is a full-strength rum blend infused with sweet, tart apple flavours and warming spices of nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon.

Notes of caramel, vanilla, and treacle complement the rich, spiced character, finished in ash wood former cherry liqueur vats imported from Germany.

Inspired by Burning Barn’s heritage as a former apple orchard, this expression brings the classic taste of spiced apple into their core rum range.

  • 150ml Frobishers Apple & Elderflower Sparkler

Tasting Notes

Apple pie in a glass. Sweet, juicy, tart apple nods to nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon in a knowing acknowledgement of the ancient fellowship between apples and spice.
 
Caramel, vanilla and treacle notes seal the deal beside the crackling log fire of our full strength, pot and column still rum blend.
