Description

Burning Barn Honey & Rum 5cl is an elegant blend of oak-aged Guyanese rum and golden English honey from the distillery’s own hives.

Aged in repurposed American bourbon casks in the Caribbean for two to three years.

It offers a silky, smooth character with floral honey, gentle pepper, vanilla and milk chocolate notes.

Tasting Notes

A nose embroidered with the floral scent of British summer is followed by rich peppery notes of the base rum that balance perfectly with sweet English honey.
