Tasting Notes

Nose: Decadent vanilla caramel. Intricate layers to explore, from mouth-watering vanilla caramel, red berries, and marzipan, to hints of dried fruit.

Palate: Eaches in syrup. A carnival of ripe pears, lemon juice, cinnamon, toasted almonds and peaches in syrup, as smoke levels crescendo.

Finish: Sweet spice. This 12-year-old resolves with clear intent, offering a pleasingly long and spicy finale.
