Bombergers Decleration 2025 Release - 54% 70cl

This limited edition series from Michter's honours the distillery's heritage - named after the precursor to Michter's - Bomberger's which was started in the 1800s.

For this release, Michter's have had some Chinquapin oak casks created to a meticulous specification with careful seasoning and exacting toast and char specifications.

The result is a complex flavour journey with layers of floral notes, berries, chocolate and caramel. Always a highly anticipated and wonderful Bourbon. 

Nose: Bright fruit, roasted nuts and salted caramel. 

Palate: A dynamic and multi-dimensional experience transitioning from floral, jammy, sweet and salty flavors through to lingering spicy notes accenting characters of chocolate and berries.

Finish: Lingering and complex.
