The 2021 release of Bomberger's is a robust Kentucky Straight Bourbon with a braod spectrum of distinctively rich character. 

Bombergers Declaration pays tribute to the original Bombergers distillery in the 1800's, which became the Michter's distillery in the 20th century.

A Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged in classic American White Oak casks, and Chinquapin oak casks, which add a dash of fruitiness.

Nose: On the nose there are toasted aromas along with buttery caramel and sweet plum.

Palate:The flavour is impactful yet remarkably smooth with notes of burnt sugar with a mixture of dark and milk chocolate.

Finish: The finish is robust and complex.
