The cigar has a nice open draw. On light up I get a blast of black pepper through the retro hale. The draw flavours are notes of leather, the smoke is like a thick cream. The flavours develop into an oily brazil nut with cream. The 2nd third sees the flavours deepen, I get notes of oak and coffee. The final third is heavy with oak and nutty notes. A great smoke, full of flavour, perfect burn.

I got this cigar as a mystery cigar. It is a second cigar I got from that offer from Blackbird. It took me just over an hour to smoke it. Construction was impeccable even burn and good draw. It's very complex it starts with very earthy with nice pepper spice to it. 2nd third was best in my opinion much sweeter with chocolate-coffee Last third a bit bitter coffee expresso But I very enjoyed this cigar

Really nice. Lit and burned well and consistently and there was a very deep espresso and chocolate flavour. The final third introduced a spicy pepper flavour that finished it off quite nicely. Lasted about 45 mins

This was a mystery cigar, so I had no idea what to expect. It started off really well with some pleasant earthy flavours and produced plenty of thick smoke throughout. The burn became slightly uneven, but it was easily corrected with a quick touch-up. Unfortunately, the final third became quite bitter, which took away from what had been an enjoyable smoke. Overall, it was an interesting cigar to try and a fun surprise, but the bitterness at the end means it's probably not one I'd choose again.

I enjoyed a Blackbird Unkind cigar alongside a glass of Amarone, and the pairing was absolutely delicious. The cigar had a rich, smooth character with a pronounced earthiness that added depth and complexity, while the Amarone brought out even more flavour from the tobacco. At the same time, the cigar’s earthy notes seemed to enhance the dark-fruit richness and warmth of the red wine. A beautifully balanced combination and one I would definitely enjoy again. The Blackbird Unkind genuinely made an already impressive glass of Amarone taste even better.
