Black Tot Historic Solera Rum is a bold and complex blend of rums from Guyana, Barbados, and Jamaica, matured further in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.

Bottled at 46.2% ABV, with no added sugar, flavourings, or chill filtration, this rum offers a pure, unadulterated experience.

Perfect for sipping neat or enhancing rum-forward cocktails, and pairs beautifully with cured meats, aged cheeses, and dark chocolate.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Aged through an authentic solera system, it delivers deep layers of figs, plums, dark chocolate, and warming spice.

Palate: Notes of tropical fruit, liquorice and vanilla.

Finish: Coconut add richness to its velvety texture.
