The perfect introduction to Cuban Cigars The Montecristo No.4 is one of the best selling cigars in the world, and for good reason. The catalyst for beginning a lifetime obsession with cigars for many, at the price point (currently around £20), you’d be hard pressed to find a better value Cuban in this vitola. If anyone looking to try cigars for the first time comes to me asking for a recommendation, this will always be my first choice for them, almost always well constructed, with an impressively wide ranging flavour throughout the burn, without being full bodied. For me, Montecristo are the jewel in the crown of Cuban cigars, and the No.4 is the standard that all others should measure themselves against

This was a nice way to spend the best part of an hour smoking this well built cigar. I would say mild to medium cigar with plenty of smoke needing a touch up due to windy conditions where I was. Smoked to the nub and the lasting flavour I got was the Black Tea. which at first was odd but now its dissipated a little its actually nice.

Tight draw on crown v cut, kept having to touch this up. However, very pleasant smooth creamy smoke. Definitely recommend.

Returning to this cigar brand, after enjoying my cigar tour, the No.4 was my 8 a day smoke and still a great smoke, even better with retirement and a great beer and a malt chaser. Good draw, this one the v cut was not great so used the guillotine cutter for better draw.

Got this from Hotel Du Vin and was an absolute delight to smoke. Understandably very popular amongst cigar enthusiasts, and defo one for the humidor.

This is my favourite cigar by some margin. I also love the Montecristo Media Corona. Everything about these is perfect. Don't hesitate, just buy them.
